We are currently looking for someone to take full responsibility for our private dining room – one of the most personal and dynamic parts of our operation.
At Frantzén, we work with detail, precision, and guest experience at the highest level. The private dining room is no exception. Here, we welcome guests into a more intimate setting, where presence, flexibility, and a strong sense of service are essential.
About the role
As the Private Dining Room Manager, you are the host of the entire experience. You lead the service, plan each seating together with the team, and ensure that every visit reflects the same level of excellence as the main dining room – but with a more personal and tailored approach.
This is a highly independent role. You will often be responsible for hosting and running the private dining experience on your own, requiring confidence, structure, and a strong sense of ownership.
You will work closely with the kitchen, sommeliers, and reservations team, creating a seamless and elevated experience for our guests. Each service is unique – no two evenings are the same – and the schedule varies depending on bookings, though this is a full-time position.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience from high-end restaurants, preferably fine dining
Has a broad knowledge of wine and is comfortable recommending and selling bottles
Is confident hosting larger groups and managing the dynamics of a private setting
Is comfortable handling unexpected situations with calm and professionalism
Thrives in an independent role and takes full ownership of the guest experience
Works closely and naturally alongside chefs in service
Has a strong sense of hospitality and attention to detail
Is flexible, solution-oriented, and humble in their approach
