About the project
Astoria Season 2026 is part of Frantzén Group’s continued development and long-term presence in Marbella.
The project represents a new phase within the Astoria family and will focus on creating a high-quality hospitality experience built around service, food, drinks and guest experience in an international setting.
As the project develops, selected candidates will be introduced to the concept, structure and long-term vision as part of the recruitment process.
The role
As Restaurant Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the front-of-house operation, team leadership, and daily service delivery within this new concept.
Depending on the candidate profile, this role may be structured as:
Restaurant Manager, or
A Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager with a clear leadership mandate
Final structure and title will be determined based on experience, team composition and operational needs.
Key responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop the front-of-house team
Be highly present on the floor and lead by example during service
Build a strong team culture with clear communication and structure
Ensure a consistently high guest experience in a fast-paced environment
Work closely with the General Manager and other leaders across the group
Support recruitment, onboarding and training of the FOH team
Follow up on service quality, routines and operational standards
Contribute to planning, development and continuous improvement
Work with the General Manager on budget follow-up, cost awareness and operational targets
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a confident and people-focused leader who:
Has experience in a leadership role within hospitality (RM or Senior ARM level)
Is comfortable working in high-volume, high-energy environments
Leads with presence, clarity and trust
Is structured, solution-oriented and calm under pressure
Has strong communication skills and enjoys building teams
Is fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
Is flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Is comfortable working with targets, performance follow-up and operational KPIs
Experience from beach clubs, high-volume restaurants or international hospitality concepts is highly valued.

Employment details
This role is intended as a longer-term leadership position, with structure and title defined based on experience and business needs.
Start date by agreement. Salary and conditions by agreement, in line with local employment terms.
