Reservationist – Restaurant Frantzén
Restaurant Frantzén is looking for a service-minded, solution-oriented, and positive reservationist to join our team.
We are a workplace where world-class gastronomy meets warmth, precision, and genuine hospitality. As a reservationist, you will be a key player in our guests’ very first contact with the restaurant, laying the foundation for an unforgettable dining experience.
Your responsibilities
Answer emails and phone calls regarding reservations, inquiries, and adjustments
Send reminder emails and thank-you emails
Handle guest requests, including allergies and dietary preferences
Call and confirm guests prior to their visit
Prepare materials for service
Assist with ad hoc tasks that arise in the daily operation
We are looking for someone who
Has previous experience working in restaurants or hospitality
Is structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Has knowledge of allergies and is confident in handling guest dietary information
Is service-minded, solution-oriented, and attentive to details
Is positive, flexible, and thrives in a dynamic environment
Has strong computer skills (Office suite, website publishing, email management)
