Villa Frantzén will open up for weekend lunches from October. Therefore we are looking to expand the kitchen team with an ambitious and driven individual who strives to provide the highest level of service and hospitality.
In this role, you will be expected to run a section, take responsibility for the effective execution of all dishes in the section and ensure consistent presentation and customer satisfaction at all times. In addition to possessing technical skills, you must be a strong team collaborator. As the ideal candidate:

Villa Frantzén restaurant and bar is located in central Bangkok and is a new project from the Frantzén Group in Southeast Asia. The restaurant serves a 5-course menu with several options per serving. The casual dining experience features an open kitchen, space for 60 guests and three private dining rooms, as well as an outdoor patio. The villa also has its own Villa Frantzén Cocktail Bar in a separate building with craft Nordic cocktails and selected dishes to try from the Villa Frantzén restaurant menu
